Ogho Ikhalo (she/her) is a multi-award-winning leader, executive advisor, facilitator, speaker, and founder of AFROdisiac Consulting, a firm specializing in inclusion and communication consulting for government and organizations. With more than two decades of cross-sector experience—including in public service, non-profit, union, and corporate sectors—Ogho is known for her sharp strategic thinking, deep empathy, and no-nonsense approach to workplace equity.
