We’re a multidimensional inclusion, culture, and communications firm
that brings strategy, soul, and a bit of humour to the work of dismantling bias and building cultures of belonging.

Founded by Ogho Ikhalo, we’re strategists, facilitators, and truth-tellers who know that
real inclusion takes both heart and heat. We partner with HR leaders, C-suite executives,

of the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee, and the Mississaugas of the Credit, under the Upper Canada Treaties.

This land is also governed by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement to share and care for the resources of this territory in peace and mutual respect.
